We need at least four weeks notice on all orders. Please note that all orders are still subject to date availability.

We do not recreate cakes exactly as any photo. Cakes are works of art and each decorator is an artist. We will use any photo(s) provided as inspiration to create your very own unique and custom cake for your celebration.

Yes, we do offer delivery. Delivery starts at $75.

Yes, deposits are required and should be made within 5 days of agreement on cake contract. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please keep in mind that you do not have a cake booked with us until your deposit is paid.

The total balance due for any order is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Yes, you can make changes to your cake after you order. All changes must be made before the 2 week mark leading to your event date. Any changes made after this will incur a late charge fee and cannot be guaranteed. 

We have a strict no refund policy, please be sure to follow your payment schedule.

Yes, we offer cake tastings. Cake consultations are $50. If your cake order or total invoice is priced at $300 or more and is booked within 5 days of your tasting the $50 dollars will be applied to the total invoice cost. For orders that are less than $300 and booked within 5 days of cake consultation %20 of the $50 will be applied to the total invoice. Cake tastings are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tastings are setup for 2 people. Any extra guest will incur a $10 fee per person. There is a maximum of 5 persons total.  Please do not bring unexpected guests, we only prepare plates for the amount of guests specified on the confirmation.

A photo(s) of cake design you like, color swatches, and any design element you may want incorporated into your dream cake.

During your cake consultation you will get to taste 5 to 7 cake flavors of the chefs choosing. Any special flavor request will have a fee of $10 for each flavor and will be charged before the cake consultation.
